Students are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the institute.
In the event that a student causes any damage to the institute's property, the parents or guardians will be held responsible for compensating the institute for the full cost of repair.
Class timings, schedules, and academic plans are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Institute, and students agree to abide by such changes.
The Institute reserves the right to conduct any subject, module, or session in a merged format with other batches whenever deemed academically or administratively appropriate, and students agree to such arrangements.
The Institute reserves the right to allocate or change the venue/campus for any subject, class, session, test, or academic activity as deemed necessary. Students may be required to attend different subjects or sessions at different campuses and agree to comply with such arrangements.
The Institute reserves the right to expel any student who violates the rules on a regular basis. The decision to expel is final and binding, and students will have no legal recourse.
The offline fee is applicable only to the offline course and cannot be transferred or adjusted towards the online course.
Actions that may lead to expulsion include but are not limited to: abuse or bullying towards staff or classmates, using rude or inappropriate language, damaging institute property, failure to attend classes or complete assignments, or consistently arriving late.
Fees are due in advance, and failure to pay on time may result in expulsion from classes. The fee is non-refundable once paid.
The Institute reserves the right to amend its rules and regulations, if and when necessary.
