The Purest Essence of Civil Services Preparation

Quintessence Classes is a leading civil services coaching institute based in Srinagar, dedicated to transforming aspirants into administrators. Established with a vision to make quality education accessible to every serious candidate, we have emerged as Kashmir's first non-STEM EdTech startup, drawing students not only from Jammu & Kashmir but from across India.

Our Approach: Beyond Lectures

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Every aspirant has different strengths, gaps, and learning speeds. Our approach is built around that reality—personalized, adaptive, and deeply rooted in understanding what actually works. Our classroom programs go beyond traditional lectures because we believe real learning happens through repetition and testing.

  • Concept-First Teaching: Building strong foundations that create lasting understanding
  • Structured Class Notes: Comprehensive materials for systematic revision
  • Regular Assessments: Mock tests designed to build exam-ready confidence
  • Current Affairs Integration: Connecting static syllabus with contemporary issues
  • Answer Writing Practice: Detailed feedback to improve Mains performance
  • Interview Preparation: Mock interviews and personality development sessions
